Borrowing from the bank to pay teachers
For the second month in a row, a state budget shortfall has local school districts scrambling to pay teacher salaries. Last month the state was late delivering education funds. This month the state told school districts to expect the same thing. Both Mobile and Baldwin Counties will have to borrow money from the bank to pay teachers. Video Watch This Video
