It probably will help the coastal residents,living right on the coast line,but I get the feeling that those of us up in the back waters such as Bayou Sara and others,are going to see no change in the high premiums for Wind and flood coverage. I have been to the bayou. There was terrible distruction there. Frankly it was horrible,but in all honesty. The bayou wasn't much before the hurricane either, and sometimes I think people are using all this federal money to fix an economy that was declining before the storm. The people that lost there homes, knew they lived on the water or surrounding area. They also knew that hurricanes happen. So why is the federal government responsible for their lack of planning. I may sound cruel to some, but I think we should all think about the future. Is it a good idea to build on a location that is prone to flood. Is it a good idea to keep throwing good money after bad? Is this money given to people who are in need of housing, or is it lining the pockets of politians, who have multiple houses? How many of these people are going to relocate in the same place. Are they moving to a new area of town? I think someone needs to answer these questions.

Thank you, Channel 15, for keeping this in the public eye. As a family member of Art Clemons, you can't imagine what this has been like. This young man does not care about what he did. He will kill again. He sees things only in terms of how it affects him. Please, please fine folks of Spanish Fort, stay on top of this case and don't give the court any leeway.

This guy should have never been released from jail. He broke the law, and should pay for what he did with his freedom.

He does not need to be in front of a judge trying to explain why he did not comply. He did not comply because he was trying to find a way to get out of this. He does not need to have a bond HE KILLED PEOPLE!!!!!!! Last time I checked people that were killers did not get a bond unless it was like one million dollars. Tou know a bond that is immpossible to get. He is where he should be in jail and he needs to tried as an adult and not a youthful offender. He wanted to be an adult and drink and then get behind the wheel of his car then he killed three peopl so he needs to be tried as an adult. It is almost as if he comes from money being from Spanish Fort , so he is like trying to use that to get out of trouble. There should be a message to everyone money or not you kill some one then you go to jail. There is no way out no paying the judge. If we still had the same laws as our fore fathers then he would already be dead. Thanks to NBC 15 for asking the tough and right questions to the idiot distict attorney. This just should not be happening. The people that he killed can never be with their families again. All this person cares about is staying out of jail. That would be because he can not handle jail.

This is going to make a lot of people mad and in these type of situations I have actually seen more smokers because of this stupid crap. If I want to smoke in my car then I am going to smoke in my car. I do not smoke im my home because I chose to because I have teen agers that do not the smoke or the smell. This is going way to far and it is time to start electing different people as our goevernment. If people that do not smoke do not want to be areound it then they need to stay at their home and resturants that do not allow it.
